Hollywood Hotel does NOT add resort fees to your room account upon check in. Hollywood Hotel includes the following hotel amenities in most of our Room Rate plans at no additional cost: In-room high-speed wireless Internet, in-room local and toll-free calls, fitness center access, concierge services, and airline boarding pass printing.

- Reservations and bookings made on a 3rd party (OTA) website or with your travel agent are subject to the terms and conditions of the 3rd party (OTA) website or your travel agent, which may be different than reservations made directly with the hotel or from this hotel website.
- Reservations and bookings made on a 3rd party (OTA) website or with your travel agent can only be canceled or changed on the 3rd party (OTA) website or with your travel agent, which made your original reservation or booking.
- Sorry, we are contractually restricted from canceling or changing reservations and bookings made with a 3rd party (OTA) website or with your travel agent.
- Hollywood Hotel and hotel staff are also contractually restricted from waiving, refunding or issuing credits/points for any penalties, service charges, fees or any other charges you may have incurred with a 3rd party (OTA) website or with your travel agent.
- Purchasing Travel Insurance is recommended.

TAG Approved LGBTQ+ Welcoming Policies
In order to participate in the TAG-Approved® accommodations program, Hollywood Hotel follows six
LGBTQ+ welcoming policy qualifications.
- Non-discrimination Policy
Hollywood Hotel has adopted a non-discrimination policy that includes sexual orientation and gender identity and follows local, state and federal laws regarding sexual orientation and gender identity non-discrimination protection laws.
- Equal Administration of Personnel Benefits
Hollywood Hotel treats opposite-sex couples and same-sex couples equally.Hollywood Hotel recognizes marriage equality in the USA and has helped equalize personnel benefits for all couples, including Domestic Partner benefits.
- Diversity/Sensitivity Training
Hollywood Hotel provides LGBTQ+ specific diversity training for its employees.
- TAG Approved as a “Watchdog”
Hollywood Hotel management acknowledges that both their customers and employees may become “watchdogs” of their LGBTQ+ related business practices.
Hollywood Hotel encourages both hotel employees and customers to contact TAG Approved to report if Hollywood Hotel does not follow required policies.When TAG Approved follows up on complaints, Hollywood Hotel will adequately address and resolve the issues presented.
If TAG Approved determines the complaint is not being adequately addressed, or Hollywood Hotel does not meet TAG Approved Best Practices qualifications,Hollywood Hotel acknowledges the Hotel will be terminated as a TAG Approved member and the Hollywood Hotel agrees to immediately cease using TAG Approved identification on promotional materials.
- Community Support Policy
Hollywood Hotel supports its local communities through cash, gift certificates and in-kind contributions through its local non-profit partner, the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce Community Foundation, which includes organizations that support the LGBTQ+, HIV and women’s communities.
- Significant Harm Policy
TAG Approved recognizes that no hotel or hotel brand can police every owner, investor, manager, and employee.Unfortunately, situations can occur where a hotel meets the above qualifications, but an individual connected to the hotel does significant harm to LGBTQ+ equality.
TAG Approved reserves the right to terminate membership should these situations occur and if the hotel does not adequately address the concern
Pet Policy Agreement
Hollywood Hotel looks forward to providing a memorable stay for you and your pet, however, to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of ALL our guests; we ask that you observe a few policies during your visit:
- Hollywood Hotel welcomes all well-mannered and fully trained cats and dogs weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Hollywood Hotel restricts all Cats, Dogs or Service Animals to the 1st floor only, in which your pet door hanger must be visible at all times alerting Housekeeping that a pet is present.
- Due to extensive cleaning (e.g. hypoallergenic, etc.) after a pet stay in a room, we will charge a nonrefundable pet cleaning fee of $50.00 per day to your guest room account. Additional fees may be applied for extensive damages (e.g. scratching furniture, etc.). The daily cleaning fee is waived for service animals.
- Hollywood Hotel reserves the right to require immediate removal of any pet displaying unacceptable or dangerous behavior, including but limited to, biting, excessive noise issues such as barking, aggressiveness towards people and/or other animals, evidence of disease, or urination/defecation in public areas.
- Under no circumstances is your pet allowed to be left unattended in your guest room at any time.
- Your pet is not permitted in any public area where food and beverage items are being served. Service animals will be permitted.
- We request you leash, cage, or firmly hold your pet when in any common areas of the hotel.
- We ask you use the designated pet areas on the parking grounds around the property and clean up after your pet.
- The guest agrees to release, defend, and indemnify Hollywood Hotel from any and all claims or damages related to your pet’s stay at the hotel, including any claims by third parties.

Environment Policy
Hollywood Hotel acknowledges its responsibility to respect the environment and manage its impacts for the benefit of the Hollywood community in which it operates and is committed to measuring and managing those impacts and finding innovative ways to reduce them. Hollywood Hotel will:
• Implement sound environmental practices in the design development and operation of Hollywood Hotel.
• Encourage the development and integration of sustainable technologies.
• Endeavor to reduce the use of energy and water, and re-use and recycle the resources consumed wherever practical.
• Engage our guests, colleagues, investors, suppliers, and contractors in efforts to protect the environment.
• Provide the training and resources required to meet environmental objectives.
• Monitor, record and benchmark environmental performance on a regular basis.
• Make business decisions taking these policy commitments into account.
• Communicate Hollywood Hotel policies, practices, and programs to all stakeholders.
Standard Cancellation Policy Booked on Official Hotel Website Only
Canceling your reservation before 4:00 PM (local hotel time) on [CHECKIN DATE] will result in no charge. Canceling your reservation after 4:00 PM (local hotel time) on [CHECKIN DATE], or failing to show, will result in a charge of 1 night per room to your credit card or other guaranteed payment method. Taxes may apply. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation. Early Check Out before confirmed departure date results in forfeiture of payment(s).
Cancellation Policy for Non-Refundable Pre-Paid Reservations Booked on Official Hotel Website Only
Canceling your reservation any time before [CHECKIN DATE] will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in a forfeiture of your deposit and a cancellation of the remainder of your reservation. Early Check Out before confirmed departure date results in forfeiture of payment(s).
Credit/Debit Card Policy
A Credit/Debit card with an embedded security chip, matching the first and last name on the reservation and your government issued ID such as a driver’s license or passport, must be present and authorized by our Credit/Debit card validation system for registration to check into the hotel and for our system to generate a room key. When using a Debit Card – please note funds will automatically be deducted from your bank account for room & tax, parking charges, if any, plus $200 for any incidental/purchases and/or damage charges you may incur. The remaining deposit will be released from your account at check out. Your bank may take up to seven (7) business days to refund this amount into your account. The hotel will NOT be responsible for Debit Card overdraft or over limit fees. For these reasons, we encourage to use of a credit card instead.
